Aside from being part of the hit fantaserye series Aryana, Paul Salas also enjoys doing comedy in the weekend show Toda Max. There are rumors though that he and co-star Myrtle Sarrosa were seen eating out together.
Paul clarified that it was just a simple misunderstanding.
The former child star said people should not misunderstand his close friendship with Myrtle on the set.
After admitting to Push.com.ph that he and Myrtle were supposed to go bowling last year, Paul said the friendly date never happened. “Sa sobra kasing busy namin. Tapos siya sobrang busy niya rin eh. Marami siyang ginagawa ngayon. Sobra.
Paul Salas on being compared with Daniel Padilla: ‘Sobra ang pressure’
After headlining the weekly horror series Oka2kat, Paul Salas landed another major role in ABS-CBN’s new teleserye Aryana. At 14, he already has the makings of a primetime leading man. To which he happily told Push.com.ph, “Nagugulat ako kasi 14 years old pa lang ako pero pinagtatapat nila ako sa mga mas matatanda sa akin tulad nila Daniel (Padilla, Princess And I). Siyempre 17 years old na yun.
Given the chance, he would like to follow the footsteps of sought-after leading men like Piolo Pascual and Coco Martin. “Napakahusay nilang aktor. Paul also looks up to his uncle Dingdong Dantes who’s very supportive of his rising showbiz career. “Opo, kinausap niya ako nung nag-Mula Sa Puso ako.
As for being paired with Aryana star Ella Cruz, Paul shared that he finds her pretty and easy to work with.
Paul admitted that Ella would make a perfect girlfriend, but this is not the right time for him to think about entering a relationship. In fact, he has yet to experience courting a girl he likes.
